Halstead: Council workers trained in self-motivation

Council employees have been given training in self-motivation, a Freedom of Information request has revealed.
Braintree Council put eight workers on a half-day self-motivation course in December.
District councillor Malcolm Fincken (Labour, Halstead Trinity) said: “It’s important to continue with professional development in all economic circumstances."
