Hurkett is on the comeback trail for Town

Lee Hurkett is on the comeback trail for Halstead Town.
The midfielder has recovered from an ankle injury and played the last few minutes of Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at March Town United.
He then managed to get through the second half of Tuesday’s Tolleshunt D’Arcy Cup quarter-final at Burnham Rangers.
Hurkett’s return is a big boost for Town boss Holder, who has confirmed that his player will feature in tomorrow’s Ridgeons League division one match at home to Cambridge University Press.
“It’s good news for Lee and good news for the club,” Holder told the Gazette.
